Responsibilities:
1. Manage the product lifecycle according to company processes.
2. Drive new product launches and collect and review new requirements for existing products; lead or drive product optimization and iteration to maintain product competitiveness.
3. Create and update product-related documents, sales toolkits, and training materials.
4. Provide clinical application support for product promotion meetings and academic conferences.
5. Responsible for training new employees to ensure training quality.
6. Research user needs based on the company’s product strategy, using market research/terminal interviews, and analyze customer needs and clinical pain points.
7. Analyze competitive conditions, understand the alignment of internal resources with user needs, gather and analyze competitor information, stay updated on industry trends and developments, select target sub-markets, define product positioning, and develop corresponding business plans.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in medical laboratory, bioengineering, or related fields, or have a background in the medical industry.
2. 1-3 years of experience in in-vitro diagnostics.
3. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English writing and expression.
4. Familiarity with the operation and principles of at least one product line (e.g., chemiluminescence, biochemistry, hematology, or urine analysis).
5. Good communication skills and team spirit, strong learning ability and technical comprehension, and a high sense of responsibility.
6. Ability to travel abroad independently.
